Jump team!

Oh what good memories! there was double unders, bell , criss cross, skiier, and so much more. Bilbao and Gurney you were awesome teachers! so jumping is a really great way to keep your heart pumping and also for it to stay healthy. so go wide and spread the word. Fitness is a really big issue right now here in the World.
So please everyone spread the Word! and GO HEATHLY! And green reduce...reuse...recyle!
